Raspberry Collins
Our fruity take on a traditional Tom Collins. Raspberry puree, Gin, Lemon Juice and sugar syrup served long and topped up with soda.
Ice Lolly
This cocktail not only looks like a sweet treat but tastes like one too! Sweet, refreshing and colourful we layer strawberry syrup, pineapple juice, lychee liqueur and Midori melon liqueur.
Pina Colada
We like our Pina Coladas without getting caught in the rain! As exotic as it can be with hints of coconut rum and just enough cream and pineapple to put a smile on your face.
Bellini
From the heart of Venice to the heart of Low Fell this traditional cocktail layers white peach puree with Prosecco or why not try a twist on it and opt for strawberry or raspberry puree.
Club Tropicana
Let me take you to the place, where membership is a smiling face and ‘The Bank’ is the place to be. For those“Wham” days this is sure to get you feeling fruity with rum, orange, pineapple juice and passionfruit.
Sky Blue
The sky is the limit, but we have no limit here! Coconut rum, blue curacao, pineapple syrup, lime and egg white. This one stands out in the crowd!
Mojito
A Cuban classic! A refreshing blend of muddles limes, sugar syrup , white rum and topped up with soda. Add a fruity twist with passionfruit, raspberry or strawberry.
Peachy Keen
We know you’ll be keen on this sweet and refreshing blend of peach schnapps, lychee liqueur, peach puree and lemon topped with soda.
Watermelon Sugar
This one “tastes just like strawberries on a summer evening” combining vodka, strawberry puree, lime and watermelon syrup topped up with lemonade.
French Martini
Mr Keith McNally’s New York favourite brought to Low Fell. A sweet blend of blackberries muddled with vodka, black raspberry liqueur an a generous helping of pineapple juice.
Clover Club
This delicate raspberry number originated in the late 19th century and it’s not hard to see why his has stood the test of time. Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, raspberry syrup and an egg white.
